Displaying Date Iobj in specific Format MM/DD/YYYY to MM/DD/YY

Dear Experts,

We have one date char Iobj with format  MM/DD/YYYY , This need to be displayed in format MM/DD/YY.

Ex : 02/08/2014 to format 02/08/14.

without using Code /Customer Exit variables need to do at Bex query,  i tried with offset it is not displaying as expected.

Suggest Me how to solve.
