Now i am very clear with business process in the project.

we have three system in the landscape , ECC, Portal and CRM . so i have create one template project  by including three logical components right ?

I have some questions regarding the CHARM process. for Ex : i have business process called Purchase , in which i had defined set of sub process

sub process .1  - create purchase organisation in ECC  ( functional work with TR )

sub process 2  -  enter the vendor agreement number in ECC (( functional work with TR )

sub process 3  - report to create purchase order in the ECC  ( technical work with TR )

for these process , how does CHARM  comes into picture please ?  please explain a bit

I mean whether i need to create change transaction for all these sub processes ?
