As My system is fresh installation of BW 7.3+MS-SOL 2012 on Window 2012 R 64 bit environment with following Support pack release.

But tried the steps which are mentioned in this SAP note.unfortunately steps not helping us.
As i mentioned earlier The table "OCSCMPLOBJ" gets deleted in every SPAM update at import_proper phase
After that recreated the same table with default indexes as following in consistent state
Database object for OCSCMPLOBJ is consistent
Fields: Consistent with the runtime object

Indexes: Consistent with DDIC
|

during SPAM update this table gets delete from the database when this error message promoted

same Checked that table from se11 from SAP level.noticed the below message.
Table OCSCMPLOBJ does not exist in the database
everytime needs to create this table manually from SE14.
Kindly share your thought on this issue.why this table deleted during SPAM update.
