EDI translations are not a part of ECC. If you have Business Connector you can map it, but it is complicated and Business connector is near end of life. The current recomended method is to use PI (SAP Netweaver Process integration System - but you need the EDI agent in Process Orchestration which is an add on to the PI application.
NW PI is an EAI (Enterprise Application Interface) system whose sole purpose is Data Exchanges with other entities. It has a varity of mapping / encryption tools to take data from your existing SAP systems and transform/encrypt data to send to 3rd parties. This is not an easy install or application --we are still in process from our old FTP systems to this one.....
