Service Area not updating through FM in WebUI in WFM

Hi ,

I am working on WFM in CRM 7.2 .I am Creating  an upload program for exisitng employees ,for employees  I need to Service Arrangement. In service arrangement, need to create service area, qualifications, availability using program.

I am able to create service arrangement using FM L WFDBP_SA_CREATE in program. After creation , i am able to see  Service arrangement  in webui.

In  the same program i am creating Service area using FM: WFD_SERVICE_AREA_ADD. I am not able to see service arrangement in webUi. If execute FM: WFD_SERVICE_AREA_ADD seperately in GUI, I am able to see service areas in result table.

Can you please suggest why it is not appearing in webUI.
