Not able to install HANA Plugins

Hi All,

I need help to install SAP HANA plugins in eclipse  ,

I am using Windows 7 ,when i try to install i am not able to install Error message 'The installation cannot be completed as requested "

i used the Link  https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/kepler

want to install : SAP HANA cloud platform Tools SAP HANA Tools

Kindly Help me to solve this problem
