Change QM action status to red by ABAP or FM.

Dear experts:

      I have a question,In Bi7,In process chain,I load data use infopackage to PSA,Sometimes,it exec fail,So i want to change the request QM action status to red by ABAP or FM manual,Is there any fm can help me?

if use "RSS2_SET_QMACTION" function module,but i don't know the "i_dta" parameter is。

So ,Any one can help me or give me some suggestion.
