In QM Result Recording, as soon as defect is entered notification is created for the inspection type.
While processing the notification, part is sent to repair shop which can be achieved by action box.
Is it correct? Please confirm.
After receiving from repair shop, inspection is to be carried out.
If defect exists, defect is to be recorded.
Again it is sent to repair shop.
The same cycle may take place n number of times.
If repair shop does not skilled persons, this scenario is observed.
Client wants to record the every time defect and movements of specific part from notification [Shop Floor ] to repair shop and wise versa.
Ideally the movement must be one time, but some times the movements are 3 to4 times.
It reflects capability level of repair shop.
