Exporting and importing configuration data from one server to another using Configuration Data Transfer Export

Hello Experts,

We are importing data from one SAP ME V 6.0 server into another server using Configuration Data Transfer Import. When we try to import the data, we are getting error -

"Cannot add attachment BO: <Site Name>, DCGroupBO:<SiteName>, 1CV_GENERAL_INFO: <SiteName>,#,1; that would create an illegal ATTACHED_TO_GBO reference OperationBO: <SiteName>,CV,# (Message 18022)".

Can anyone help with any pointers to help resolve the above error with respect to import of configuration data into SAP ME.
