Financial Report Templates: Mock Titles, Hide Accounts and Text Title fields

In the Financial Report Templates screen, what is the difference between Mock Titles and Hide Accounts?

As per the Help File:

Mock Title: Hides the selected account in the financial report.

Hide Accounts: Hides selected accounts in the report.

Both have identical explanations in help file!

Also, there is an option to add "Text Title".

As per Help File, this field:

• Defines the selected line item as a text title that cannot have any child cash flow line items or cash flow relevant G/L accounts
• Disables the Subtotal and Reversal Sign fields

But we can achieve the same effect by just adding a Same Level account or Child Account at Level 1, 2, or 3 without giving any Sub Total or Formula and which anyway can not have Account Category Details. What is the use case we can accomplish with the Text Title option, which we can not achieve otherwise?
