Data lost in Chart

Hi, guys

When i design a chart, a problem accurs to me that the data may lost while out of the boundary.

When the data is out of (-20 ~ 20), such as 22, it will not show in the chart.

Now i change the chart to color mode, it shows

C2 is shown again.

So is it a bug, or something what happens?
