We can only customize the version 0 set as complete automatically. For all sucessive versions, we need to set version complete indicator manually.

We can set that version 0 is to be completed automatically by the following Customizing:

T-code OLME
> Version Management
> Set Up Version Management for External Purchasing Documents
> select the relevant entry

> checkbox 'Version 0 OK'
