(look into manual in my recent post)

eg. you want to restrict data on a 0comp_code level.

First  you have to create a new Analysis Authorization in RSECADMIN (to make it easier just copy an existing one eg 0BI_ALL.

Add rows for needed characteristics

it should look like this:

in the row for 0comp_code you should define your restriction

Sometimes you have to add some rows for another characteristics. If you dont want to restrict data using them just insert * sign.

Some rows (see above "0T*") are mandatory.

then save and transport

Then restrict a role (again - you can create a new role using a existing one)

Associate the role with newly created Analysis authorization
