If you you look at the workflow log and especially the task container of the step that you are now dealing with, do you have an instance of BUS1001006 there? (It should be in the _WI_OBJECT_ID element as far as I can see from your screenshot.) If you don't have an instance there, then you should know the problem (perhaps correct binding is missing).
Also, take a look to the event key in SWEL. Is the key the same as the key of the instance in your task container (looked inside the task container in the workflow log)?
This is how it works:
-You create an event X for object Y with key/ID 123 (you can test this with SWUE).
-Your task is waiting for terminating event X for object Y with key 123.
-If both match, then the task gets terminated.
