Hi Gajendra,
In general, with BPC you can't rely on the zero records. BPC will write zero only if there is some nonzero value before. If there is no record then zero is not written. Try to live with this logic 
During normal maintenance you will have to do light optimization and in many cases it's better to do it with zero elimination.
