Quota 11 We are using for Earned Leave..
Client Condition is : Every Year Max 21 Days Should Generate and based on employee date of joining before 15th it will generate 1.75 if Emp joins after 15th 0.87 will generate... And At any point of time it should not go beyond 60..and in Deduction interval 999 months updated.
For max 60 Condition : In Configuration In Selection Rule..In max Entitlement 60 Number has been updated.
and there is one PCR has written to check 60 limit and i guess if Any employee reached to 60 it is adding to ZACC time type..That is assigned in AL quota (Accumulated Quota )

Our client has said, When ever both the Leave quotas are more than 60,it should go for encashment.
here in the PCR, Time type ZIAG is for Accuring EL Leave
and ZACC : Accumulated Annual Leave..
In both time types in T555A table only first two has been updated with 1..
Z1AC is for EL counter.

total EL and AL is 76.95...So 16.95 should go for encashment..
So, Please suggest Am i going in correct way or I need to check Bal in ZACC (Time type used in Accumulated Quota) and write a PCR for ZACC.
I am confused.
