As I can see all data is ok and flow is also ok.
Check AFS storage loc and its availability group assignment.
Check SMq2 in ERP after all task.
Check MMSC did u maintain mat for AFS.
After completing EWM task check stock type it should be F2 at final location.
As in ur screen shot u shown you are using POSC try to complete all task so that u get complete idea.
Check your GR WT has

This can be reason that you are checking half way in process and above setting has send good receipt after compete flow.
